Recruiter cum Admissions & Industry Partnerships Manager
About the Role
This is a 2-in-1 role combining two functions Red Alpha (staffing+ being the new business line)
- Recruiter — sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for Red Alpha Staffing+ (Augment Staffing) client assignments.
- Admissions & Industry Partnerships Manager — owning the end-to-end candidate pipeline for the Alpha Specialist Training Programme (ASTP) and related training initiatives, plus supporting industry and government-agency partnerships.
The successful candidate will manage two connected pipelines — trainees moving through ASTP admissions, and experienced professionals placed directly with clients through Augment Staffing — while building the employer and industry relationships that keep both pipelines fed.
Indicative time split:
- Admissions & Candidate Pipeline (ASTP): ~40%
- Recruitment & Client Placement (Augment Staffing): ~35%
- Industry & Employer Partnerships: ~25%
Key Responsibilities
A. Recruitment & Client Placement (Augment Staffing)
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Augment Staffing assignments: candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, client coordination, offer management, and onboarding.

- Manage inbound inquiries across email, LinkedIn, website, and social channels, providing timely and accurate programme information.
- Oversee application screening, track submissions, and maintain accurate records in the admissions database.
- Monitor and manage the candidate funnel from inquiry through enrolment to job-placement readiness.
- Coordinate admission assessments, technical tests, and interview scheduling; work with interview panels to review applicants and re-applicants, facilitating retests, re-interviews, or rejection outcomes.

- Post and refresh job/programme listings on MyCareersFuture, LinkedIn, university portals, and other channels.
C. Industry & Employer Partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and government agency representatives.

- Comfortable interacting with industry partners and representatives from government agencies.
- Experience supporting candidates with resumes, interview preparation, or career coaching is highly valued.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Background in cybersecurity, tech training, or workforce development is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Singapore hiring ecosystem in the SI space and early-career talent pipelines.
