RECRUITER
- Interact with new staff in the plant to interview and select candidates.
- Update the recruitment and selection indicators for indirect and salaried personnel.
- Meet hiring targets to promptly address the human‑capital and talent needs of each plant department.
- Serve as the plant‑wide communication and information point for matters related to indirect and salaried personnel recruitment and selection.
- Implement new projects for continuous improvement of the recruitment and selection area.
- Foster a positive work environment within the department.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements for the recruitment and selection process.
- Enter new hires and/or promotions for indirect and salaried staff into the GPS system.
- Create personnel requisitions in the GPS system.
- Notify Shared Services of new hires and/or promotions for indirect and salaried personnel.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
Skills and Abilities
• Bilingual (Spanish/English).
• Required skills: effective communication, problem‑solving, and effective teamwork.
• Communicate to employees at all organizational levels the HDM programs, procedures, objectives, and goals.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and initiative in performing job duties.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office and Excel; excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience
• Minimum of 1 year in similar or related positions.
