Job overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining quality of hire
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using job portals and LinkedIn sourcing tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple roles simultaneously
• Knowledge of UAE hiring practices is an advantage
