About the Role

We are looking for experienced recruitment professionals with a strong background in Technical & Engineering Recruitment.

Industry Experience

Candidates with recruitment experience across the following industries will be considered:

• Manufacturing

• EPC

• Infrastructure

• Oil & Gas

• Marine & Shipbuilding

Preferred: Candidates with experience in EPC, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, or Marine & Shipbuilding.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering roles.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases and referrals.

• Screen and shortlist candidates as per role requirements.

• Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.

• Manage multiple hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
