About a role:

As a Recruiter, you will play a supporting role towards the local recruiters and hiring managers in attracting and selecting the best talents for our organization.
You maintain contact with the candidates and give them a positive application experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Actively search for candidates via LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
  • Schedule medical examinations.
  • Discuss contract proposals, draw up contracts and schedule the signing.
  • Follow up on diploma registration.
  • Handle the administrative processing of the various application steps in the recruitment tool and the preparatory administration for payroll.
  • Provide administrative support for the transition from interim contracts to fixed-term or open-ended contracts, including the follow-up of time registration and invoicing.
  • Link interns to internships and actively identify internship opportunities within the departments.
  • Manage the administrative process of internships.
  • Link working students to vacancies within the departments.
  • Handle the administrative processing of working students in the recruitment tool.
  • Prepare the necessary documents for payroll employees.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and social media
  • Fluency in Dutch (C1) and English.
  • Strong ability to empathize with the world of the candidates.
  • Accurate and meticulous approach to monitoring and documenting.
  • Good organizational and administrative skills.
