Responsibilities

• Specialized Recruitment Support: Provide end-to-end (360) recruitment solutions to new and existing banking and financial services clients, covering areas such as banking operations, risk & compliance, and wealth management

• Market Research: Perform deep-dive market research to understand financial institutions, emerging fintech trends, regulatory changes, and industry talent landscapes.

• Targeted Sourcing: Source for niche and high-caliber candidates within the finance sector via professional networking, financial forums, social media, specialized job portals, and industry referrals.

• Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough competency and technical interviews with finance professionals to assess their suitability against complex client requirements and compliance standards.

• Candidate Profiling: Create detailed candidate profiling reports and executive summaries to be proposed to engaged banking and financial institutions for consideration.

• Consultative Advisory: Provide professional, market-informed advice to clients (hiring managers/HR) and candidates regarding market salary benchmarks, talent availability, and expectation management.

• Process Coordination: Seamlessly coordinate interview arrangements between busy banking executives and candidates.

• Due Diligence & Verification: Conduct rigorous reference checks and background screening on candidates on behalf of financial institutions.

• Offer Negotiation: Coordinate and negotiate competitive salary packages, sign-on bonuses, and offer terms on behalf of clients and candidates.

• Post-Placement Care: Perform consistent post-recruitment follow-ups to ensure successful integration and retention.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different industry desks and internal teams to fulfill comprehensive client staffing needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a client-facing banking/financial services role will have a distinct advantage.

• Non-experienced candidates with a strong interest or academic background in Finance, Banking, Business, or Economics are welcome to apply (comprehensive training will be provided).

• Candidates who possess strong commercial acumen, financial literacy, flexibility, adaptability to rapid market changes, a willingness to learn, and a self-driven team-player mindset will have a distinct advantage.
