Recruitment Consultant – Data & AI (US Market)

Location: UK Based (Mon–Thurs 11am–10pm, Fri 11am–5pm)
Experience: Minimum of 8 months of any recruitment experience

The Opportunity

I’m currently retained to recruit on behalf of a highly successful independent recruitment business specialising in Data, AI, and Executive Search across the US market.

This is a business that builds genuine, long-term partnerships with clients, focusing on high-value, strategic hiring within a rapidly evolving space.

Their core specialisms include:

• Data
• AI & Machine Learning
• Executive Search

They work with cutting-edge technologies including Snowflake, Databricks, and advanced AI platforms.

Required Experience

• Must have worked in a fast-paced, outbound-driven environment
• Happy to build out a market or desk

Location: Near Maldon (Office-based, Monday–Friday)
Hours: Mon–Thurs 11am–10pm, Fri 11am–5pm
Salary: £26,000–£29,000 basic + strong commission
