Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs
- Source and screen candidates, conduct interviews and coordinate interview schedules
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, negotiate job offers, maintain recruitment records, support employer branding initiatives, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Minimum Degree in any discipline.
- Training and mentorship will be provided.
