Recruitment Consultant
We are looking for an experienced team player to fill the IT and Engineering Recruitment Consultant position and to become responsible for attracting the best IT talent from the market and being a true support to the recruitment team. We are currently recruiting for a fixed-term replacement position (2-year contract), with potential for extension.
- Min. 2 years of experience in IT recruitment for technical positions
- Practical experience in using different online channels to identify and attract the best candidates
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to address different candidates' personal concerns
- Familiarity with IT domain terms and technologies
- Goal-oriented approach and ability to measure and quantify weekly activities
- Ability to make quick decisions and predict various outcomes
- Excellent English skills (C1) and Polish (C1)
