We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team as a Recruitment Executive based in Orchard.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess potential candidates

• Conduct interview and manage selection procedures

• Design job descriptions and interview questions

• Organize and attend recruitment events

• Lead discussions in quarterly and annual hiring needs bydepartment

• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants andpotential candidates

• Involve actively in Human Resource activities with regardsto Hiring and Managing of potential candidates

Requirements:

· Degree holders from any discipline

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Positive learning attitude and self-motivatedmindset

· Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
