Reduction Team Lead
The Reductions Team Lead supports the Reductions Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Reductions Department. This role is responsible for training, quality assurance, workflow coordination, reporting, productivity monitoring, and team development. The Team Lead helps ensure consistent application of department procedures, supports team members in meeting performance expectations, and promotes operational efficiency and service excellence.
Compensation is paid on an hourly basis. In addition, eligible In-Person Reductions Case Managers may have the opportunity to participate in the Company's bonus program, subject to applicable eligibility requirements, performance metrics, and program terms.
This position does not provide legal advice, establish legal strategy, or perform duties reserved for licensed attorneys. All work must be performed in accordance with firm policies and under appropriate attorney supervision when required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilitie
- Lead onboarding, training, and coaching for the Reductions team.
- Monitor productivity, KPIs, and workflow performance.
- Conduct case and call audits to ensure quality and compliance.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership.
- Identify process improvements and support operational efficiency.
- Promote accountability, teamwork, and high performance within the department.
- Minimum 3 years of personal injury reductions, lien resolution, medical bill reductions, or settlement closing experience within a plaintiff personal injury law firm.
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading, training, mentoring, or supervising team members.
- Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency.
- Strong experience using case management software, reporting tools, and productivity tracking metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Litify or Salesforce.
- Experience auditing case files and employee performance.
- Experience managing high-volume reductions workflows.
- Demonstrated success improving team productivity and process efficiency.
