Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Refrigeration Mechanic, and reliable operation of the hotel's HVAC systems – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be able to work a schedule that could include Days, Nights, Overnights, Weekends and Holidays.
• Have an understanding of the refrigeration cycle, as well as experience with the maintenance and upkeep and repair of these systems
• Be able to lift 50 pounds.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Keep HVAC equipment running smoothly: Perform routine preventive and non-scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Respond to temperature control requests: Quickly handle guest and team member work orders, troubleshooting and adjusting HVAC systems to maintain a comfortable environment
• Monitor system performance: Conduct visual equipment inspections of mechanical equipment and parts to proactively identify potential issues
• Support system operations: Assist with the start-up, shut-down, and daily operation of HVAC equipment to ensure reliability and efficiency
• Document maintenance activities: Record completed repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
