- Serve as a liaison between regional operations and corporate headquarters, facilitating communication and information flow

- 5+ years of progressive experience in administrative management roles
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in an administrative capacity
- Proven experience managing regional or multi-site administrative operations
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and administrative software systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
