Regional Commissioning Engineer - Data Center
Lead and manage commissioning activities across multiple projects from planning and design review through construction, start-up, testing, acceptance, and final handover.
Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, schedules, and testing requirements in line with project specifications and timelines.
Review project designs and technical documentation to ensure systems meet required performance, quality, safety, and industry standards.
Coordinate commissioning activities across different project phases, including functional performance testing and integrated systems testing.
Manage commissioning agents, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure commissioning activities are completed effectively and on schedule.
Conduct site inspections, witness testing, verify system performance, and identify and resolve technical issues during commissioning.
Work closely with project teams and clients
Provide technical direction and support during project closeout, system handover, and transition to operational teams.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive commissioning documentation, test records, punch lists, and final commissioning reports.
Ensure all commissioning activities comply with relevant safety requirements, project standards, and applicable industry regulations.
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in commissioning, design management, project engineering, or related roles.
Experience in data centre, mission-critical, or other highly critical facilities is preferred.
Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure, mission-critical design concepts, commissioning processes, safety requirements, and relevant industry standards.
Good technical knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical systems and their application within mission-critical environments.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
