Pay & Miles
- Earn $0.54 – $0.64 per mile
- Weekly pay ranges from $1,350–$1,900 ($70,000 - $100k annual)
- Average miles are 2300-2500 can run up to 3000+ (weekly)
- Paid for picks, drops, detention, and layovers
- Longevity Pay to reward your commitment.
- Qualify for additional 5 ½ CPM for meeting safety standards
- Referral Bonus pay
- Home weekly for 2 consecutive nights (if preferred)
- Regional OTR routes
- No-touch freight
- Get assigned a clean truck – no slip-seating
- Late-model International LT625s (average age: 18 months)

- Valid CDL Class A license
- Minimum 6 months of experience (Van, Reefer, or Flatbed)
- Steady work history (no more than 2 companies per year)
- Driving record:
- No more than 4 minor violations in 3 years
- No more than 1 preventable accident in 3 years
- No DUI or SAP convictions in the past 3 years

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience (Van, Reefer, or Flatbed)
- Steady work history (no more than 2 companies per year)
- Driving record:
- No more than 4 minor violations in 3 years
- No more than 1 preventable accident in 3 years
- No DUI or SAP convictions in the past 3 years
