Regional Sales Engineer (O&G)

Our client is a specialist engineering company providing high-value technical solutions to the global energy and process industries. With expertise in process optimization, troubleshooting, and performance improvement, they support clients in solving complex operational challenges and improving efficiency across critical facilities.

The Job:

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers across the energy and process industries.
• Identify business opportunities and promote engineering solutions and technical services.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.
• Support the sales cycle from opportunity identification through project award and execution.
• Work closely with engineering teams to understand customer challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Contribute to market development initiatives and long-term business growth.

The Talent:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or customer-facing engineering roles within the Oil & Gas, Marine, Offshore, or Energy sectors.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to understand technical solutions and customer needs.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
