Regional Sales Lead

Job Purpose

As a Regional Sales Manager, you are accountable for driving sustainable revenue growth, market expansion, and commercial performance across your region.

You will lead from the front — setting the sales strategy, building a high-performing team, and developing strong, long-term customer and partner relationships. This role is not only about hitting targets; it is about owning the market, identifying opportunities ahead of competitors, and ensuring Korridor continues to grow its footprint and relevance across territories.

You will work cross-functionally to align sales execution with product, operations, and customer needs — turning strategy into measurable results.

Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute a clear regional sales strategy aligned to business objectives and growth targets
  • Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and customer expansion across existing and new corridors
  • Identify and unlock new market opportunities, channels, and customer segments
  • Own and drive the end-to-end sales pipeline, from acquisition through to retention and growth
Leadership & Team Performance
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed targets
  • Set clear KPIs, performance standards, and accountability structures
  • Build capability within the team through ongoing coaching, training, and performance management
  • Foster a results-driven, high-energy sales culture aligned to company’s values
Customer & Partner Management
  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key customers and partners
  • Act as a senior escalation point for key accounts and complex commercial engagements
  • Drive customer retention, satisfaction, and increased utilization of Korridor solutions
Market Intelligence & Insights
  • Analyses sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Monitor competitor activity and proactively respond with commercial initiatives and positioning
  • Provide regular, data-driven insights to leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, Product, and IT to ensure alignment on go-to-market initiatives
  • Support the rollout of new products, services, and corridor expansions
  • Ensure seamless execution between sales strategy and operational delivery
Regional Ownership
  • Travel across territories to drive performance, support teams, and engage key stakeholders
  • Take full ownership of regional performance, reporting, and execution discipline


Requirements

Knowledge and Experience
  • Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years’ experience in a sales leadership role with team management responsibility (slightly elevated from original)
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in customer-centric or commercial environments
  • Transport or logistics industry experience is advantageous
  • Valid driver’s license and passport
  • Commercial acumen – strong understanding of revenue drivers, margins, and growth levers
  • Leadership & coaching – ability to build and scale high-performing teams
  • Strategic thinking – able to translate market insights into actionable plans
  • Relationship management – builds trust with customers and stakeholders at all levels
  • Data-driven decision-making – uses insights to guide performance and strategy
  • Execution focus – delivers results with urgency and accountability
