The Opportunity

We're looking for a hands-on Regional Sales Manager to lead, coach, and inspire a team of HCM sales professionals. You'll drive regional revenue growth, develop sales talent, strengthen referral partnerships, and build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and success.

What You'll Do
• Coach and develop sales professionals to achieve their goals.
• Drive regional sales strategy, pipeline growth, and revenue performance.
• Support prospecting, sales meetings, and complex deal closures.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent.
• Build strategic partnerships and expand market opportunities.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

What You Bring
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in HCM, payroll, HR technology, or a related industry.
• Proven sales leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and consultative sales experience.
• A hands-on leadership style and passion for helping others succeed.
