Location: Midwest (Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota)
Compensation: Base $85,000 – $100,000 along with performance-based bonus opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve growth targets through distribution
- Identify and close new business opportunities with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and industrial partners.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, delivering training and product demonstrations.
- Build long-term partnerships by providing outstanding service and innovative solutions.
- Track and report on pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Represent SFS at trade shows, conferences, and customer visits across the Midwest.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve growth targets through distribution
Qualifications
- Proven record of outperforming sales targets in fasteners, tools, or related industrial/automotive markets.
- Strong technical aptitude — able to explain specifications and applications with confidence.
- Skilled in negotiation, consultative selling, and relationship management.
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy in a multi-state territory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
