1. Lead the technical training initiatives for the region.
2. Maintain and update the training coverage for the region.
3. Work closely with business and provide training related support.
4. Play the role of solution provider for business.
5. Interact with training vendors/ local training partners.
6. Capability Program - build network of training institutes.
7. Adherence to compliance related training.
8. Ensuring elevation readiness of talent identified.
