Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)– Part-Time Afternoons

Heart to Heart ABA is looking for compassionate, reliable individuals to join our team as part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). If you enjoy working with children and are looking for a meaningful, flexible afterschool position, we’d love to meet you.

No ABA experience or RBT certification yet? No problem — we provide training and support you every step of the way.

Position Details:

• Pay: $22–$27 per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Afternoons & evenings (typically between 3:00pm–7:00pm)
• Hours: Part-time
• Settings: In-home

What You’ll Do:

• Work 1:1 with children with autism and related needs
• Implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA
• Use play-based techniques to build communication, social, and daily living skills
• Track progress and collect session data
• Build strong, positive relationships with clients and families
