Schedule: Rotating Schedule | PRN
- Lead the care team to ensure a seamless, goal-oriented recovery for every patient.
- Execute personalized care plans and monitor clinical progress to drive successful outcomes.
- Advocate for patient safety by processing orders and communicating vital status changes.
- Coordinate comprehensive discharge paths to ensure patients transition safely back to their lives.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
