People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our integrated health Services team at our Eighth Street IRTS Facility. Our Registered Nurses are active members of an integrated treatment team across all programs and services within the organization. They collaborate with clients to understand their goals and needs in order to tailor individualized plans that are preventative and restorative in nature. We are searching for a Registered Nurse to join our nursing team!
Schedule: Full-Time 0.8FTE 32 hours/week. Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Location: Eighth Street IRTS: 700 East 8th St. Paul, MN 55106
Hiring Range: $41.25 - $44.00/ Hourly

Main Job Duties
- Providing high quality, skilled, whole-health services within a rehabilitative and therapeutic model of care
- Actively engaging with clients, developing positive relationships that support the client in meeting their goals.
- Acting as a collaborative team member to any program within the organization, leading and addressing comprehensive health promotion.
- Facilitating preventative and restorative health and well-being education in individual, group and community settings.
- Using experiential learning as an intervention to support recovery.
- Acting as a liaison between the client and external care providers for whole health needs.
- Providing information and/or referrals to resources in the community for increased support and stabilization.
- Offering coaching on medication management.
