What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional patient-centered care in a busy Emergency Department
- Assess, monitor, and respond to changing patient conditions
- Coordinate and supervise nursing care to promote positive outcomes
- Develop and evaluate individualized plans of care
- Educate and support patients and families during challenging situations
- Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to deliver timely, effective treatment
Qualifications
Required:
- Current RN license in Indiana or a compact licensure state
Preferred:
- BSN
- Emergency Department experience
- ACLS, PALS, or TNCC certifications
