Registered Nurse - Endoscopy (RN)

Job Overview

As an Endoscopy Registered Nurse (RN) at Memorial, you’ll provide skilled, compassionate care to patients undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures. Each day, you’ll use your clinical judgment, critical thinking, and attention to detail to help ensure safe, comfortable, and high-quality procedural care.

You’ll be responsible for supervising care delivery, coordinating individualized plans of care, and providing clear education and support to patients and families before and after procedures. This role also includes on-call responsibilities, with the expectation that you are able to return to work within 30 minutes when called in.

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct nursing care for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures to ensure safety and comfort
• Use clinical judgment to assess, respond, and support patient needs
• Supervise and coordinate care provided throughout the procedure area
• Educate patients and families regarding procedures, preparation, and recovery expectations
• Collaborate closely with physicians and procedural teams to ensure smooth, efficient workflow

What You Bring

Required:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or a compact licensure state

Preferred:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (required to obtain per BSN policy)
• CPR – Provider C certification
