- Deliver compassionate, high-quality direct nursing care that places patient comfort and clinical excellence at the forefront of every interaction.
- Manage the patient’s complete care journey, meticulously documenting clinical progress, promptly executing physician and nursing orders, and providing critical updates to the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless continuity of care.
- Coordinate care across all clinical disciplines, acting as the primary advocate and liaison to guarantee well-integrated, holistic services that lead to optimal patient outcomes.
- Assess ongoing patient needs in real-time, proactively collaborating with the broader healthcare team to adjust treatment plans and ensure a safe, efficient, and successful transition through their recovery.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
