Facility: River Woods Outpatient Center
Department: Endoscopy GI
Schedule: PRN / Rotating
Implement, monitor, and carry out physician and nursing orders.
Track, record, and communicate changes in patient condition.
Serve as the primary coordinator across healthcare teams for seamless patient care.
Assess and coordinate patient discharge needs with the healthcare team.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
Additional Preferences:
- 1-2 years of Endoscopy or GI experience preferred.
