- Lead the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care by following high-standard clinical protocols to ensure patient safety and excellence.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams as the primary point of contact, ensuring every specialist is aligned to provide a seamless and holistic patient experience.
- Monitor and translate complex patient data into actionable insights, communicating real-time updates to the care team to ensure timely and effective interventions.
- Advocate for patients throughout their stay by executing physician orders and nursing care plans with precision and clinical integrity.
- Facilitate comprehensive discharge planning alongside the healthcare team to empower patients and their families for a safe and successful transition home.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
