- Monitor and interpret patient conditions in real-time, acting as the critical link between the patient and medical staff to trigger timely interventions.
- Advocate for patients and families by managing the discharge process, ensuring a smooth and confident transition from hospital to home.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
