As a Pediatric Float Nurse, you'll work alongside our pediatric providers and nursing team to deliver high-quality, family-centered care to patients from infancy through adolescence. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, building meaningful patient relationships, and supporting a collaborative team.

What You'll Do

• Patient Care: Room patients, obtain vital signs, and assist providers with pediatric visits and procedures.
• Immunizations: Assist with vaccine preparation, administration, and patient education.
• Well-Child Visits: Support preventive care appointments, including vision and hearing screenings.
• In-Basket Management: Manage EPIC patient messages, telephone encounters, test results, and provider follow-up needs.
• Clinic Support: Assist with exam room turnover, stocking supplies, and maintaining efficient patient flow.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with pediatric providers and nursing staff to ensure a positive experience for patients and families.

Hours/Shifts
72 hours biweekly, day shifts, Monday to Friday

Compensation:
The pay range for the LPN position is $24.50-$32.95/hour. The pay range for the RN position is $32.67-$48.83. BSN hires are eligible for an extra $1/hour. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.
