As a Respiratory Care Practitioner at The Women’s Hospital, you’ll be part of a compassionate, highly skilled team dedicated to supporting our most vulnerable patients newborns, infants, and children. In this role, you’ll provide essential respiratory care services based on physician orders, helping deliver life-changing care when families need it most.

Every shift brings the opportunity to make a powerful impact—supporting tiny lungs, strengthening fragile beginnings, and partnering with clinical teams to improve outcomes for neonatal and pediatric patients.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be trusted to:

  • Perform diagnostic respiratory procedures and assist with specialized assessments
  • Deliver neonatal and pediatric respiratory therapies tailored to each patient’s needs
  • Administer medications and provide education on equipment use and proper technique for families and caregivers
  • Respond quickly in emergent situations and perform CPR when needed
  • Provide percussion and postural drainage therapies to support airway clearance
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, family-centered care
