Regulatory Reporting Specialist

Model of work: hybrid (3 days work from office Warsaw)

Type of contract: B2B, long-term cooperations

Rate: up to 140 PLN nett + vat/ hour

Summary:

This role is critical for managing ESG regulatory reporting processes within the organization, ensuring compliance and efficient handling of data to support regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end ESG regulatory reporting processes.

• Develop and maintain reporting systems.

• Handle data processing and reporting automation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Adapt to changes in regulatory requirements swiftly and efficiently.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations.

Key Requirements:

• Fluency in English

• 5+ years of professional experience

• ESG knowledge

• Experience in reporting system development

• Data handling and process automation experience

• End-to-end process handling capabilities

• Advanced communication skills

• Advanced stakeholder management skills

• Cross-team collaboration experience

Nice to Have:

• Good Excel skills

• Beneficial SQL knowledge

• Beneficial experience with Alteryx

• Beneficial experience with Python

• Understanding of banks' balance sheet structure
