Relationship Manager Company: Apnarupee Fin India pvt ltd Job Location: Bhadra, Gujarat, India Employment Type: Full-time Salary: 25K35K a month Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities DSA Onboarding & Activation Identify, recruit, and onboard new DSAs, Chartered Accountants (CAs), and financial connectors. Drive immediate activation of newly onboarded partners to ensure regular lead flow. Conduct regular product training and updates regarding policy changes for partners. [1, 2, 3, 4]Business Sourcing & Target Achievement Manage daily lead files sourced by DSAs for products like Home Loans, LAP, Business Loans, or Personal Loans. Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual loan disbursement volume targets through the channel. Monitor DSA productivity metrics and implement strategies to boost conversion rates. [1, 2, 3]Pipeline Management & Operations Act as the single point of contact between DSAs and internal credit/operations teams. Review login files submitted by partners to ensure data accuracy and minimal file rejections. Track loan pipelines from initial login to final disbursement, resolving bottlenecks efficiently. [1, 2, 3, 4]Payouts, Relationship, & Compliance Manage and process timely commission/incentive payouts for the DSA network. Address partner grievances, resolve channel conflicts, and build long-term loyalty. Ensure all partner operations strictly adhere to regulatory directives (such as ethical sourcing, no processing fees directly charged by DSAs, and proper customer consent).
