Relationship Manager - Home Loan / LAP

We are hiring a Relationship Manager specializing in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) to join our dynamic team in Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through direct sourcing of customers for home loans and LAP products. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation through field visits, references, and local market engagement. The Relationship Manager will manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to login, sanction, and disbursement, ensuring a seamless experience for customers. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and channel partners, coordinating with Credit and Operations teams for smooth case processing, and achieving monthly sales and disbursement targets. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and customer-handling skills, be target-oriented, and have a willingness to work in field sales. Local market knowledge is preferred to effectively navigate the competitive landscape. Candidates must hold a graduate degree in any discipline and have 1-3 years of experience in Home Loan, LAP, Housing Finance, NBFC, or Banking Sales. A proven track record of earning incentives in previous roles is essential, and candidates with a CRIF score below 650 will require prior approval to proceed.
