3. Good communication and relationship management skills.

4. Strong sales orientation and target achievement capabilities.

5. Must be graduate.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop relationships with bank partners and branch staff.

Generate life insurance business through the assigned bank branches.

Drive insurance sales and achieve monthly business targets.

Coordinate with bank employees to generate quality leads and convert them into business.

Ensure customer satisfaction and proper policy servicing.

Maintain business growth and achieve assigned sales objectives.
