Relationship Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Relationship Manager to join our team in the Haryana region, specifically focusing on the Banca Channel. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in the insurance sector, demonstrating a strong understanding of client relationship management and sales processes within this domain. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will work closely with banking partners to promote insurance products and ensure a seamless customer experience. Your role will involve regular communication with clients, conducting presentations, and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service. - Collaborate with banking partners to promote and sell insurance products. - Conduct needs analysis to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. - Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns. - Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
