Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Change and Release Manager responsible for functioning in the role of Change Manager and Release & Deployment Manager for the Data Axle Interactive IT organization.

• Mature/develop and maintain Change and Release Management plans around communications, training, and coaching.
• Manage readiness of software release implementations into the production environment.
• Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
• Be an active and visible coach to executive leaders who are change/release sponsors.
• Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes.
• Work with project teams to integrate Change and Release Management activities into the overall project plan.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation.
• Sponsorship, design, and continual improvement of responsible ITIL processes and their metrics.
• Perform audits on process compliance.
• Produce/maintain statistics and reports.
• Provide input and additional duties in other ITIL processes in the organization.
• Lead daily Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
• Lead weekly problem management meetings.
• Manage maintenance window schedules.
• Ability to work 3 PM -- 12 AM IST to overlap with U.S. hours.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
