Reliability Technician
Summary
Performs maintenance and repairs on reliability testing equipment and loads devices for environmental stress tests like HTOL and HAST.
Basic Responsibilities:
Responsible for equipment and board maintenance and loading of parts for biased reliability tests.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Repairs and performs preventive maintenance on reliability equipment.
- Repairs and performs preventive maintenance on HTOL and HAST boards.
- Maintains and reports inventory of spare parts for reliability equipment.
- Loads devices on burn in and HAST boards and into HTOL, HAST, THB ovens.
- Education
- Graduate of BS in Engineering or related 3-Year Electrical/Electronic Technology course
- Experience
- At least three years’ experience in equipment maintenance and/or Lab Operations.
- Basic Circuit Analysis, Electronic and Electrical system troubleshooting and design, Environmental Stressing Application and Semiconductor Processing, Calibration Procedures, ESD Controls, Burn-in Board Design, Fabrication and Assembly, Burn-in Board Maintenance Procedures.
- Use of Electronic Equipment, Environmental Test Equipment Operations, Technical Spec Interpretation, Technical Writing and Presentation, Problem Solving Skills.
