Remote Backend Engineer, SDLC Observability & Reliability

Counterpart Health is seeking a Software Developer, Engineering Productivity to join our globally distributed engineering team. You will design internal quality programs, build SDLC observability pipelines, and automate metrics across the CI/CD workflow.

You will work with tools like GitHub, Linear, GCP, Sentry, Grafana, and incident.io, partnering with Eng Core to improve deployment velocity while reducing incidents.
