Remote Data Engineer — Power BI and Databricks Analytics

Blue Pearl Pty is seeking an Intermediate Data Engineer with strong Power BI expertise to support its People & Analytics team. You will design and maintain enterprise HR data pipelines, transforming data for reporting and analytics, and deliver interactive dashboards to drive workforce decisions.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in data engineering, strong SQL, Databricks, and Power BI experience, plus cloud skills. This remote role collaborates with a global HR audience and analytics peers.
