Remote Dental Billing Specialist – Payment Posting

Responsibilities:
- Post insurance payments from EOBs, ERAs, and EFT deposits into iDentalSoft and other practice management systems.
- Post bulk insurance payments and split them across patients and claims.
- Apply contractual write-offs and adjustments according to each office’s fee schedules.
- Handle insurance overpayments, recoupments, and refund requests.
- Reconcile posted insurance payments against bank deposits.
- Flag underpayments, denials, and zero-pay EOBs for the AR team.
- Assist with insurance AR follow-up as needed.
- Keep clear notes on how payments were posted.
