Remote Engineering Manager — Data Platforms & Tech Strategy

Agile Lab in Italy is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead multiple data engineering teams, planning demand, capacity and priorities, and steer architectural decisions. You will drive technical direction and ensure delivery of complex systems with high reliability.

The role requires strong leadership, 10+ years' experience in data engineering, and expertise in Hadoop, Spark, Java and Scala. Full remote or hybrid options available across Italy.
