Remote Engineering Manager — Price Tech & Data

Prima is seeking an Engineering Manager to join the Price Engineering team in a fully remote role. You will lead technical strategy, own architectural decisions, and guide 3–6 engineers to deliver scalable solutions that influence pricing and insurance tech.

Define and drive the technical roadmap and strategy. Lead a team of engineers and own architectural decisions. Oversee delivery of high-impact initiatives on time. Foster continuous learning and professional growth within the team. Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and external partners. Strong technical foundation with 5+ years of hands‑on development experience. Python knowledge preferred. 2+ years managing engineering teams. Experience overseeing development processes, technical decisions, engineering execution. Hands‑on experience with cloud services and infrastructure platforms. AWS and Databricks experience preferred.
