Remote Financial Services Sales Rep — Entry Level

Posted Updated
Discussion

If you've wanted to get into financial services but didn't know where to realistically start, this role is a legitimate entry point — no finance degree required, no prior licensing exam knowledge needed on day one.

Starting From Zero, By Design

You'll work with families who've already requested help understanding their life insurance coverage options, guided by full training and a mentorship program built specifically for people without a financial services background. Every lead is warm — nobody here is cold calling, ever.

What the Training Path Looks Like

Onboarding starts with fundamentals: how life insurance products actually work, how to have a genuine conversation about financial protection, and how to close a policy once a family has made their decision. From there, a mentor supports you through your first live calls, and access to more than 60 carrier partnerships means you're matching clients to real fit rather than pushing a single product regardless of relevance.

What You Can Expect to Earn

100% commission, uncapped, averaging $800 to $1,200 per sale. Based on typical production:

  • Part-time: $50,000+ in year one
  • Full-time: $80,000 to $300,000+ in year one

Pay is distributed daily/weekly, with performance-based incentives available on top for agents hitting certain thresholds.

Requirements

  • Must live in the U.S.
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Licensed for Life & Health insurance, or willing to become licensed

A Real Entry Point

If financial services has always seemed interesting but out of reach, this role was built to make that transition realistic. Apply today to learn more about the training path.
