Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for full-stack, front-end, and back-end developer roles.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract passive and active developer talent in competitive markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with technology clients, understanding their technical stacks and project needs.
• Conduct in-depth technical screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and experience.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and professional networking platforms.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, programming languages, and industry trends.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate effectively with clients and internal team members in a fully remote setting.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong specialization in sourcing and placing technology talent, particularly full-stack, front-end, and back-end developers.
• Demonstrated understanding of the software development lifecycle and various programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, Ruby) and frameworks.
• Proven ability to source and engage high-caliber developers from diverse talent pools.
• Excellent technical interviewing and assessment skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Experience working successfully in a fully remote environment with excellent self-management skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and specialized developer sourcing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities effectively.
