Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview highly qualified full‑stack developers for various client requirements. Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market. Utilize a wide array of recruitment tools and platforms, including Linked In Recruiter, Git Hub, Stack Overflow, and niche job boards. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of skilled full‑stack developers for current and future opportunities. Manage the entire recruitment process from initial candidate contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless experience. Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and technical leads to understand technical requirements and team dynamics. Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies, programming languages, and development methodologies relevant to full‑stack roles. Maintain accurate candidate records and manage recruitment activities within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Foster strong relationships with candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their job search. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly placement targets. Requirements Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or within a recruitment role focused on software development. Solid understanding of full‑stack development concepts, programming languages (e.g., Java Script, Python, Java, C#), frameworks, and databases. Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring full‑stack developers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage technical professionals. Proficiency with recruitment tools, ATS, and online sourcing platforms. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. A proactive, results‑driven mindset with a passion for technology and recruitment.
