Key Responsibilities Collaborate with senior developers and product managers in an all-remote setting to design, develop, and deploy web applications. Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code for both front-end (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java) systems. Participate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings via video conferencing. Assist in the creation and maintenance of APIs and microservices. Conduct thorough testing of applications to identify and resolve bugs and performance issues. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools. Engage in peer code reviews, providing constructive feedback and learning from others. Develop and maintain technical documentation for software projects. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices in full-stack development. Requirements A strong foundational knowledge of programming concepts and at least one popular programming language (e.g., Java Script, Python). A completed Matriculation certificate with a solid understanding of mathematics or logical reasoning. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote collaboration. A genuine passion for technology, software development, and continuous learning. Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges. Must have reliable internet connectivity and a suitable home office setup.
