Remote Project Manager

Position Overview:
- Role: Remote Project Manager (100% Work From Home).
- Location: Remote from Latin America.
- Type: Full-time.
- Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 USD monthly.
- Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Mandatory core overlap: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM US Eastern Time (ET).
- Preferred working hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET.

Executive Scheduling & Meeting Operations:
- Own comprehensive scheduling for agency founders and client accounts.
- Ensure every call includes accurate meeting links, attendee lists, agendas, and pre-meeting context.
- Capture every commitment, decision, and deliverable made on client and team calls.
- Assign responsibilities and drive execution until completion.
- Issue structured meeting recaps and action lists on the same day as client interactions.
- Maintain a centralized repository for client approvals, decisions, and feedback.

Client Onboarding & Lifecycle Management:
- Manage the complete client kickoff trajectory from signed agreement to first deliverable.
- Coordinate communication channels, drive folders, portal access, Reddit partner reps, compliance paperwork, and workshop schedules.
- Oversee the client approval queue to prevent internal delivery bottlenecks.
- Maintain clear visibility on items awaiting client feedback.
- Track proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), contract renewals, vendor logs, and invoice cadences in a central operational database to prevent missed deadlines.

Process Optimization & AI Integration:
- Build and refine agency onboarding checklists, action logs, and project tracking boards while running live client projects.
- Integrate modern AI productivity tools (such as ChatGPT or Claude) into daily project management workflows.
- Apply rigorous quality control to all AI outputs before distribution.

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience managing client-facing projects within a marketing agency, digital consultancy, or client-services environment supporting U.S.-based clients.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Capability to compose professional, flawless messaging suitable for C-suite and executive client leadership.
- Demonstrated mastery of modern project management platforms, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Established follow-through tracking methodology.
- Practical experience using AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate documentation and administrative workflows.
- Habit of auditing AI outputs for accuracy.
- Ability to maintain mandatory daily coverage from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM US Eastern Time.
- Dedicated quiet home workspace, personal computer, professional headset, and high-speed, reliable internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Reddit ecosystem, community dynamics, or social media agency workflows.
- Hands-on experience driving client onboarding processes from initial contract execution to kickoff workshops.
- Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced, fluid startup environments without requiring pre-built procedures.
