Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend code (e.g., Java, Python, Go, Node.js). Develop and manage robust microservices architecture for core platform functionalities. Implement and maintain secure, scalable database solutions (SQL/No SQL). Integrate with third-party APIs and financial services. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability. Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and QA teams. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality. Identify and address performance bottlenecks and bugs. Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making. Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance requirements in the fintech domain. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development. Proven experience with at least one modern backend programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, Node.js). Strong understanding of microservices architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Experience with relational databases (e.g., Postgre SQL, My SQL) and/or No SQL databases (e.g., Mongo DB, Cassandra). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs. Understanding of asynchronous processing, message queues (e.g., Kafka, Rabbit MQ), and caching mechanisms. Knowledge of financial systems, trading platforms, or payment gateways is a significant advantage. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
