Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage robust and scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for a remote -first organization.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Champion containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and manage container orchestration.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.
• Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Automate operational tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Collaborate with software development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
• Provide on-call support and troubleshoot production issues as needed.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the DevOps best practices within the team.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or a related infrastructure engineering role.
• Proven expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Extensive experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Deep understanding of containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).Solid understanding of networking concepts, security principles, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, essential for a remote team environment.
